BY ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH NANACATL HEALING FOR PURCHASING A TICKET, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT:
 

• The customer is at least 21 years old;

• Agrees to take part and abide by the terms and conditions provided from time to time by Nanacatl Healing and other instructions given orally or in writing;

• Customer confirms that all given information is up to date and fully accurate. Customer understands that if there is any change to customer’ personal or medical situation, Customer will inform Nanacatl Healing immediately. Failure to do so could result in having to stop participation in the program prematurely, without any refunds; 

• Customer understands that Nanacatl Healing is an experiential program based on psychological, anthropological, holistic and spiritual principles that may or may not benefit customer’ personal growth.

• Customer agrees to take responsibility for participation in the program;

• Customer accepts that Nanacatl Healing Guides, are mostly not registered psychotherapists or psychologists;

• Customer acknowledges that participation in the program and/or the use of the products is at customer’ own risk. Customer takes full responsibility for any injury, illness, property damage or loss;

• Before participation Customer has filled out the Medical Screener and Questionnaire provided by Nanacatl Healing. If customer has failed to do so before the ceremony they cannot partake in the ceremony and will not be refunded. If customer has a mental health issue and or other medical condition, then Customer will consult his or her MD before starting the work with Nanacatl Healing;

• Further Refund and Cancelation policy
  A refund is only possible upon request by Customer at least 2 weeks prior to ceremony. 
  Once your 1 hour video consultation has taken place, the work has started and there is no refund;

• If a ceremony has sold out you can request to be added to the waiting list.
